Events on the Island
The Island Games and Fairy Olympics are here!!
The mermaid lagoon has been magically turned into a rink for ice dancing, speed skating, and gnome hockey. Enchanted snow-like material has been sprinkled over the volcano and hillsides for questionable snowboarding and skiing. And the pixie curling team is ready to go broom to broom against Norwegian pixies. Danish sprites have come for moguls but plan to spend most of their time surfing.
Still no sign of the pirates, even though two planned to enter pairs ice dancing. Their performance to “Ride of the Valkyries” will be truly missed.
